If you or your email provider (especially AOL) has aggressive filtering, please check your “Spam/Junk folder” as unfortunately sometimes our emails are routed there - even if you’ve written to us first. You will need to add us to your approved contact list! Please provide an alternate method of contact i.e. your phone number. We will try several times to reply via email and may try an alternate email address to bypass your filtering. If we don’t hear back from you, we will call if you provided your phone number. If the only way we have to contact you is email and our replies are not getting through – we apologize but you can see the dilemma. Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day or next business day. You should receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If you do not receive an email, please contact us as your order may not have completed OR you entered your email address incorrectly. Thank you. |
