I'm in the local area, can I pick up my order?

We do not have a retail store at our shop, all sales are online only through this website. 

 

Are the products I ordered in stock?

Our shopping cart system is set to let you know when a product is out of stock. If you were able to place the order, then 99.9 % of the time, the item(s) were in stock.  

Can I add items to my already placed order?

Yes, as long as your ordered hasn't shipped. Since we ship the same or next business day, you may not have much time. Please contact us by email right away if you forgot to include an item!

ALL ORDERS: How soon will my order ship?

Usually (but not during a "Special Closure") the same or next business day (business days are Monday - Friday) and usually orders received after 3 pm PST or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday or a holiday) are shipped the next business day, occasionally, we may need to contact you prior to shipping which will delay shipping until we hear back from you. Please check your email!

Orders shipped USPS Priority generally take 2-3 business days and First Class take 5-7 business in the Continental US. Delivery time cannot be estimated to APO/FPO Addresses. 

    INTERNATIONAL - How soon will I receive my order?

    We are no longer shipping international orders.
